3 month basic computer training course was provided to 11 young leaders from the 6 project villages.

This computer training is really boosting up my self-esteem as young leader of Shom-in. the ability to at least handle computer is increasing my confidence level. It also give me a sense of more responsibility and ownership to leadership. Miss Sennu Baite, (Other trainee also share similar things)

11 young leaders were given the training but only 9 successfully completed the course and the course completion certificate was given out to them in the office.

The training enabled the community leaders to be more pro-active to project program.

9 young people are send for 3 month skills training under NSDC to Imphal in various trade:

⦁ Sewing/Tailoring

⦁ Electric & plumbing

⦁ Beauty & wellness

⦁ Computer
