“Being an orphan is full of insecurity. I was always in my shell and never had the confidence to come out of it. A small word of condemnation/judgment shaken the very meaning of life, at the same time small word of encouragement meant a lot to me” a word from Miss Thethem Touthang whose parents died and left them (sibling) orphan.

Miss Thethem Touthang is one of the beneficiaries of computer training course which is part of the vocation training program of InSIDE-North East supported by unniti foundation. She can’t believe her ear when she was told that she is being selected for the 3 months computer training course. At the same time she was overwhelmed with joy for being love.

Here is what she said; “I am greatly grateful to InSIDE- northeast and unniti foundation for giving me this privilege to be able to acquire basic computer knowledge which is a must in today’s world. I can operate and work in the computer now. It gave me a sense of accomplishment. Now I know what is MS Word, MS Excel, Page maker, Photoshop and Internet. This training not only equipped me with computer knowledge, it also help build my confidence and make me believe in myself that I can do it no matter what background I am from. I am now out of my shell ready to face the challenges of life”

Thethem Touthang is now working in one private school and supports her sibling with her small earning.
